Who doesn't love the taste of warm, cascading chocolate?

After researching business start-ups in the hospitality industry back in the early 2000's, I determined that there was a niche market in my area that was not fulfilled by other companies. I immediately began planning and developing a business plan to start my own chocolate fountain rental company.
